Our private lessons mix intensive, personalized learning with the freedom to explore any of the four mountains with a dedicated instructor. Learn the best techniques while you discover the best runs on the mountain. Guests frequently hire a single instructor to guide their whole family for the day, while others seek out one-on-one attention. It’s totally up to you.
No matter how good you are, a little coaching can go a long way. Get more enjoyment out of skiing or snowboarding by mastering a new skill or refining your technique with an Adult Group Lesson.
Coaching happens and skills develop when teens and youth are having fun. Daily ski or snowboard group lessons, based on ability, can include coaching for park and pipe, big mountain terrain, bumps, carving, racing and freestyle. Check out our group lessons for youth and teens:
We have designed several programs to suit the unique learning styles of young children that hits the slopes.
Every Friday during the ski season, enjoy our nighttime party atop the Elk Camp gondola. Activities include a bonfire, snowbikes, ice skating, tubing, a DJ and great food.
Kids Ski Free with Purchase of an Adult 3-Day Lift Ticket. Kids get a free lift ticket and rental with purchase of a minimum 3-day adult lift ticket and companion adult rental.
Lynn Britt Cabin
Enjoy an exquisite Western mountain dinner prepared by our executive chef while musicians entertain you throughout the evening. You will travel to and from the cabin in snowcats, which pick up slopeside at Base Village. The price per person includes a snowcat ride to and from the cabin, a four-course meal, and live entertainment. This is a family-friendly event and is available Tuesday and Thursday nights in the winter. Cost is $99 for adults, $57 for children ages 3 to 11 and free for children ages 2 and under; prices do not include beverages, tax and gratuity. Approximate length of evening is 3 hours, returning to Base Village around 9 or 9:30pm.

Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro
You’re invited to a cozy cabin in the Rocky Mountains for an unmatched dining experience! Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro is a legendary restaurant on Aspen Highlands with authentic Alpine atmosphere in a warm, welcoming environment. With views of the iconic Maroon Bells — the American West’s most recognizable, postcard-perfect mountain peaks — and a cozy wood burning fireplace, dining here is an unforgettable experience.
Elevation: 10,750 feet.
Hours of Operation: Thursday public night dining 6–10pm; private dinners all other nights 6–10pm.
General Concept: An intimate, gourmet meal, served at the Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro cabin on Aspen Highlands. Seating is limited to 40 guests for public dinners and 56 guests for private dinners. Private dinners have a 22 person minimum and public dinners have an 18 person minimum.
Time: Meet at 5:50pm at the Aspen Highlands base area, and enjoy a mug of Glühwein. The snowcat departs at 6pm and you will arrive at the restaurant at approximately 6:30pm. The snowcat departs at approximately 10pm (or earlier if requested for private functions) and arrives back at the base at approximately 10:30pm.
Parking: Guests may park on the upper level of the Aspen Highlands parking area.
Cost: $130.00/person, $85/children ages 3-11 (beverages, tax and gratuity not included)

Just a short snowcat ride from the Snowmass Village Mall and tucked away in the aspen trees is the Burlingame Cabin, an authentic sheepherder’s cabin. A rustic setting, good food and family fun make this a wonderful location for a winter evening for the entire family.
Early in the evening, our snowcat and trailer depart from the Snowmass Village Mall on Fanny Hill. When you arrive at the cabin, take off your coat, enjoy the heat of the woodstove, and let your hosts offer their friendly service.
Our executive chef serves up a down-home family-style dinner in this cozy atmosphere while musicians and storytellers entertain you. Your evening ends with a snowcat ride back to the Snowmass Village Mall.

Location: Meet at the end of the main level of the Snowmass Village Mall, near the Snowmass Ticket Pavilion, where it meets up with Fanny Hill. Look for the snowcat slopeside.
