Lynn Britt Cabin

Enjoy an exquisite Western mountain dinner prepared by our executive chef while musicians entertain you throughout the evening. You will travel to and from the cabin in snowcats, which pick up slopeside at Base Village. The price per person includes a snowcat ride to and from the cabin, a four-course meal, and live entertainment. This is a family-friendly event and is available Tuesday and Thursday nights in the winter. Cost is $99 for adults, $57 for children ages 3 to 11 and free for children ages 2 and under; prices do not include beverages, tax and gratuity. Approximate length of evening is 3 hours, returning to Base Village around 9 or 9:30pm.

Lynn Britt Cabin is available year-round for weddings and other private events for groups from 30 to 200 people. Contact Eva Pekkala for more info by email or call 970-300-7681.

Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro  

You’re invited to a cozy cabin in the Rocky Mountains for an unmatched dining experience! Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro is a legendary restaurant on Aspen Highlands with authentic Alpine atmosphere in a warm, welcoming environment. With views of the iconic Maroon Bells — the American West’s most recognizable, postcard-perfect mountain peaks — and a cozy wood burning fireplace, dining here is an unforgettable experience.
Elevation: 10,750 feet.

Hours of Operation: Thursday public night dining 6–10pm; private dinners all other nights 6–10pm.

General Concept: An intimate, gourmet meal, served at the Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro cabin on Aspen Highlands. Seating is limited to 40 guests for public dinners and 56 guests for private dinners. Private dinners have a 22 person minimum and public dinners have an 18 person minimum.

Time: Meet at 5:50pm at the Aspen Highlands base area, and enjoy a mug of Glühwein. The snowcat departs at 6pm and you will arrive at the restaurant at approximately 6:30pm. The snowcat departs at approximately 10pm (or earlier if requested for private functions) and arrives back at the base at approximately 10:30pm.

Parking: Guests may park on the upper level of the Aspen Highlands parking area.

Burlingame Cabin

Just a short snowcat ride from the Snowmass Village Mall and tucked away in the aspen trees is the Burlingame Cabin, an authentic sheepherder’s cabin. A rustic setting, good food and family fun make this a wonderful location for a winter evening for the entire family.

Early in the evening, our snowcat and trailer depart from the Snowmass Village Mall on Fanny Hill. When you arrive at the cabin, take off your coat, enjoy the heat of the woodstove, and let your hosts offer their friendly service.

Our executive chef serves up a down-home family-style dinner in this cozy atmosphere while musicians and storytellers entertain you. Your evening ends with a snowcat ride back to the Snowmass Village Mall.

This quaint mountain cabin is the perfect venue for a fun family night out, as well as group dinners and private functions. Seating capacity is limited to 35 people per night. Groups booking 25 people or more will have the cabin exclusively. If a group with fewer than 25 people would like the cabin exclusively, a buy out of 25 guests will be charged. A credit card is required to hold your reservation. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for individual reservations, and two weeks in advance for private parties, to avoid being charged. 

Location: Meet at the end of the main level of the Snowmass Village Mall, near the Snowmass Ticket Pavilion, where it meets up with Fanny Hill. Look for the snowcat slopeside.

Time: 5pm (the snowcat will return to the mall at approximately 7:45 PM). (Hint: Seating inside the cat is on a first-come, first-serve basis, so please dress warmly.)

Hearty homemade soup/chili, cornbread, BBQ pork ribs and grilled marinated chicken, cabin mac-and-cheese, steamed veggies, and kid’s hamburger sliders. Brownies and ice cream, hot chocolate, juice, and soda are also available.

Note: Chef will happily customize menu for private parties. 

Cost: $79/adults, $31/children (ages 3–11) plus tax, service charge and alcoholic beverages based on consumption. Includes: Snowcat transportation, dinner and entertainment.
