WHAT'S HAPPENING NOW

FOURTEEN INCHES OF NEW SNOW IN THE PAST 24 HOURS!

ASPEN HIGHLANDS:
Aspen Highlands is now open with more than 600 acres of terrain. Most of Temerity (A+, South Castle, Lucky Find and Hyde Park), all of Steeplechase (Kessler’s, Snyder’s Greatest Line Ever),  all of the Olympic side except No Name, most of the upper mountain (Boomerang, Kandahar, Heatherbedlam), all of the mid-mountain blues and greens, Thunderbowl and Jerome Bowl. All lifts are open for the season. Most of the Highland Bowl is open including B-fore, Steep and Deep, White Kitchen, Be One, Ozone, Full Curl and all of the G Zones except 0 and 1.

The Cloud 9 Bistro warms the fondue pots and the Merry Go Round Restaurant fires up the grills.

BUTTERMILK:
Buttermilk opened with top to bottom skiing served by Summit Express including the runs Savio, No Problem Ridge, Lover’s Lane, Midway, Baby Doe and Columbine. Buttermilk West turns from the mid-station accessing Westward Ho, Larkspur and Big Face Hollow.  Both Bumps and the Cliffhouse opened for the season. Panda Peak Chair and the run open for our beginner guests. As always, parking is free in the newly paved lots.

ASPEN MOUNTAIN:
Aspen Mountain continues to open terrain with 413 acres, 43 trails and 5 lifts. The Sundeck and Ajax Tavern are open for the season.

SNOWMASS:
Snowmass has opened up more terrain with 1015 acres, 62 trails and 10 lifts. Elk Camp, Ullrhof, Up 4 Pizza (Thurs- Sun) and Sam's Smokehouse are all open for food an beverage.

Ullr Nights - (Dec. 19) Friday marks the very first Ullr Night of the season. Elk Camp at Snowmass is transformed into a nighttime winter wonderland.  Guests and locals alike are encouraged to light up the night with friends and family while enjoying old-fashioned winter outdoor activities such as a visit to the Volcano, the tubing hill, snowbiking, s'mores and hot chocolate by the bonfire and ice skating. Santa Arrives at Buttermilk - (Dec. 20) Santa will arrive at Bumps by snow cat at 4 pm on Satruday and will be available for free photos. The event will include arts and crafts, smokes, and a hot cocoa bar starting at 3 pm. Don’t miss this unique holiday celebration!
