CAMP AT THE TREEHOUSE:
Childrean are grouped by age to join appropriate day camp activities. Gondola adventures, parks, hiking, Bungee Jumping, Bounce House, theme days, pony rides, climbing wall, fishing, skateboarding, mountainboarding, target paintball, Aspen field trips and much more! Activities will vary daily and for each age group. (Children ages 3 & 4 who are not yet potty trained should join the childcare program.) Kids in Treehouse Base Camp may arrange for a private lesson in mountain boarding, skateboarding, fishing and mountain biking for and additional cost.

Childcare at the Kids Treehouse Adventure Center Ages 1 and 2 (must be walking) Monday thru Friday, June 3 – August 30 Kids will experience everything the Treehouse Kids Adventure Center has to offer as well as Gondola adventures, nature activities, art and music. Our Camp Aspen/Snowmass program is a licensed childcare facility. Children must be walking to join the program. Reservations are recommended for Childcare! SPECIALTY DAYS AND MULTI DAY CAMPS:
While the Treehouse Base Camp provides fun filled days and lots of options for every child, we know that many kids are looking for a special/specific mountain adventure. The following activity specific adventures provide exciting options for a great day at camp: Horseback Riding Day Ages 6-12 Tuesdays & Thursdays, June 24 – August 23 Horseback trail riding with a professional outfitter and supervised by our camp staff. After the ride, kids will participate in other camp activities. Full Day Walk up rate $149 Full Day rate with Kids Camp Pass $69 Rafting Day Ages 6-12 Wednesdays, June 24 – August 23 Rafting on the Colorado and Roaring Fork Rivers with our camp staff and a professional raft guide/company. Full Day Walk up rate $149 Full Day rate with Kids Camp Pass $69 Glenwood Day Ages 6-12 Fridays, June 24 – August 23 Kids will travel with our camp staff to one of the following: Glenwood Hot Springs Pool, Mini Golf or Glenwood Adventure Park. Full Day Walk up rate $149 Full Day rate with Kids Camp Pass $69 Tennis Day Ages 6 – 12 Mondays, June 24 – August 23 Tennis coaching and other camp activities. Lift/bike haul pass included in daily camp rate. Kids who need to rent downhill bike & gear can arrange rentals through Four Mountain Sports at the base of the Snowmass Gondola. Full Day Walk up rate $149 Full Day rate with Kids Camp Pass $69 Paintball Day Ages 8 – 15 Tuesdays thru Fridays, June 10 thru August 30 Join fun filled days with our camp staff in supervised, organized paintball games. Kids should wear grubby clothes and sturdy shoes! Full Day Walk up rate $149 Full Day rate with Kids Camp Pass $69 Rocket Camp Ages 4 & 5: 2 day camps offered June 19 & 20, July 31 & August 1 Ages 6 -10: 3 day camps offered June 26 - 28, July 10 - 12, July 17 -19, July 24 -26 and August 7 - 9 These 2- and 3-day camps are ideally suited for young scientists. Kids will learn about and build their own model rocket and watch it launch! Full Day Walk up rate $149 (per day) Full Day rate with Kids Camp Pass $69 (per day) Pro Mountainboard Camp Ages 5 - Adult July 31 thru August 2 (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) Learn mountainboard skills from the Professional with 3 action filled days of coaching. Children who would like a private lesson with one of our Bike Pro's can arrange for a two hour private lesson for $249 - call our camp staff for reservations. Mountainboard COMPETITION will be held on Saturday, August 3rd and is FREE to all participants! Overnight Camping Ages 6 – 12 Offered Tuesday nights - July 9, July 23, August 6, August 13 Kids will join camp counselors for a night in our private Snowmass campsite. Mountain activities, dinner, campfire, stories, songs. Return home or to Camp the next morning after breakfast. Campers will meet at 5pm at the Treehouse and will return the next morning by 9am. THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT CAMP:
Camp Aspen/Snowmass is located at the Treehouse Kids’ Adventure Center in Snowmass Base Village. Free 30 minute parking available at drop off location and free all day parking is available in the parking garage. Children must be the appropriate age for programs by June 1, 2013. Camp Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Note: Half day programs are from 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Morning Drop Off: ASPEN: 8:00-8:30 a.m. at Yellow Brick Schoolhouse (between First & Garmisch on Bleeker St.) Children MUST be at least 4 years old to ride the bus. No exceptions due to licensing. SNOWMASS: 8:00-9:00 a.m. at the Treehouse in Snowmass Base Village Afternoon Pick Up: ASPEN & SNOWMASS: 4 p.m. at locations listed above. Inquire about late pick-up arrangements Lunch: Lunch is included for Childcare program. Lunch is NOT included for ages 3-15 in all camps. 1) You can bring your own lunch (must be nut-free) Children ages 3 – 15 yrs. 2) You can purchase at Camp: Ages 3 and 4: $5.00; Ages 5 and above: $10.00 3) Campers 8yrs and up may purchase lunch at the Snowmass Mall (Camp Staff will supervise) What to Bring: Dress appropriately for scheduled activities. Please LABEL EVERYTHING. Make sure to include proper footwear for hiking and outdoor activities, light waterproof jacket, hat, water bottle, swim suit & towel (bring everyday in case you decide to swim). Please provide a change of clothes for young campers. Parent’s MUST: Complete a Camp Aspen/Snowmass medical release form for each child participating. Sign campers in and out daily with Camp Staff Provide a daytime contact phone number, end of day pickup location and any special requests You MUST bring your Camp Aspen Snowmass issued SECURITY PASS for pickup Cancellation Policy: Specialty days/camps (i.e. Horseback riding, rafting, golf, tennis, Glenwood day, private lessons, etc.) are non-refundable unless cancelled at least 48hrs. in advance. Multi-day camps must be cancelled at least 48hrs before the first day of camp! Childcare and Treehouse Day Camp reservations must be cancelled by 3:00 p.m. at least one day prior for full refund. Weather Cancellations: Specialty Camp activities that are cancelled due to weather by Camp Aspen/Snowmass will be rescheduled and/or refunded. Children will choose another activity for the day if any Activity is cancelled at Treehouse Base Camp or Childcare.
