AGES 5 AND 6 – Children’s Group Ski & Snowboard Lessons
Our Grizzlies program is designed for little rippers that are on skis or a snowboard for the first time as well as for those who have been shredding it up their entire short lives. It’s all about fun and safety on the slopes for this energetic group. Grizzlies pros are specially trained, love working with kids and make learning fun. Know the code! Our pros incorporate the Skier Responsibility Code in every lesson. Special events include the Winter Wild Things Native Animal Exploration and race days!
- Grizzlies ski & snowboard lessons are available at Snowmass & Buttermilk for all abilities
- Grizzlies at Highlands are for intermediate to expert full day SKI lessons only!
- Our goal is for your child to have a wonderful experience! If your child has a difficult time adjusting, you will be contacted so together we can decide what is best for your child.
Full day 9:30am – 3:00pm
Morning Half day* 9:30am – 12:30pm
- Plan to arrive at your lesson meeting area at least 15 minutes before lesson start time and on your first day, please plan for time to fill out required paperwork.

Helmets: Helmets are REQUIRED for children ages 17 and under participating in Ski & Snowboard Schools programs. While helmets may reduce the severity of a head injury, the best way to avoid accidents is to know and abide by the skier/rider responsibility code.
