We are very excited to introduce the inaugural Highlands SkiMo Race Series with Aspen Expeditions!  This 4-race series will provide an opportunity to challenge yourself against local athletes, work on your individual race technique, fine-tune your transitions and hopefully enjoy a post-race beer with some friends.  Hope to see you out there!

Dates:

Cost: $15 per race or $50 for the series

Registration/Check-in:
Register just before each race at Aspen Expeditions (from 4:30-5:25p).  All participating athletes must check-in at Aspen Expeditions before each race to pick-up bib.

Course:
Each race will begin at the base of Aspen Highlands.  The course will be different for each race and will be announced when you check-in.  The general format for each race is that each racer completes as many laps of the course (approximately 12-25mins per lap depending on your speed) as possible. At the 45 minute mark racers may no longer attempt another lap.

Mandatory gear:
All racers must wear a helmet and a backpack (we will have mandatory bootpack sections). Please plan on bringing a headlamp.

Highlands Pizza Company will be offering racers a discount following each race. Stay tuned for more details!
