Click here to see the complete list of invited athletes The first wave of invited athletes included: + Bobby Brown – The first skier to win two gold medals at the same event in 2010, Brown is back atop the Big Air podium in 2012, and one of only a few skiers to land a triple cork. + Kelly Clark – The first female snowboarder to land a 1080 in competition, Clark made history last season by becoming the first female to repeat gold in the Snowboard SuperPipe competition. + Gretchen Bleiler – Our local Aspen/Snowmass athlete is tied among women for the most Winter X SBD SuperPipe medals with Kelly Clark - four total. + Tucker Hibbert – The most decorated SnoCross racer in X Games history and 2012 FIM Snocross World Champion, Hibbert is going for the first-ever six-peat at an X Games winter event and still holds the record for youngest athlete to ever win gold at winter when he accomplished this in 2000 at the age of 15. + Mark McMorris – The first snowboarder to land the triple cork in competition, McMorris became a sensation at Winter X Games Aspen 2012, winning gold in Slopestyle and Big Air. McMorris was also named the Jeep Athlete of the Games. + Shaun White – The first snowboarder to five-peat in SuperPipe, White raised the bar even higher with a perfect-scoring run en route to gold. In his first X Games Tignes appearance in 2012, White won gold in both Snowboard SuperPipe and Slopestyle.
