The Audi Ski Challenge is a ski racing competition that brings together local ski racing fans in support of Audi and the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association. Each event is held at a domestic U.S. Ski Team event and is open to the public. The top two winners from each stop will win an exclusive, once-in-a-lifetime trip to race with the U.S. Ski Team at the U.S. Alpine Championships.
The race is free and open to the public.
The Audi Ski Challenge is a dual giant slalom race with each competitor racing both the red and blue course. Racers without a bib will not be allowed to race.
The two winners (one male and one female) will be determined from the best time of his/her best run. The fastest two times will win the grand prize. The winners will be notified via phone call and awarded their grand prize at Gondola Plaza following the race. The winners must be present at the awards to receive details of their prize.

Online registration open until Thursday, January 10, 2013. All events are open and free to the public. However, each race will have a 150-competitor maximum.

On-site registration will be at the Gondola Plaza on Friday, January 11 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Saturday, January 12 from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m.
Upon registration, racers 18 years old or older will recieve a discount lift ticket voucher. To recieve the discounted ticket, take the voucher to the ticket office.

Bibs and helmets are required on all race days.
Please note that this event is held early in the season. The event is subject to changes because of lack of snow. Please stay tuned for changes.
11a - 1p: First and second runs, switching courses for each run on NASTAR course (Silver Dip Swing). Racers can take their runs anytime between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Prizes will be awarded directly following the race in Gondola Plaza. Race results and age group winners will be posted in the Audi tent at Gondola Plaza.
