Elk Camp Meadows – Snowmass

An exciting new beginner area – Elk Camp Meadows – awaits beginner-level skiers and snowboarders at Snowmass this season.  Located mid-mountain and easily accessed from the base area by the Elk Camp Gondola, the Meadows terrain is ideal for levels 1-3.  The Meadows includes a beginner quad chairlift, two magic carpets, a lounge complete with restrooms, a snack area, Beginner Magic rental sstore and an equipment technician and incomparable on-mountain views for your first days of skiing/riding.  

Treehouse Kids' AdventureCenter – Snowmass

Designed for kids of all ages, this 25,000-square-foot facility is sure to create a lifetime of memories.  Ski & Snowboard School check-in, rental/retail and family après entertainment are now consolidated under one roof at the base of Snowmass.  The Treehouse includes seven interactive nature-themed rooms, each designed for a specific age group.  Scale the Aspen Leaf Climber in the Alpine Climbing Room, explore the Bear Den with your pre-schoolers or snuggle with your infants and toddlers in the Butterfly Room.  Hands-on, age-specific activities keep everyone engaged and excited to be in the mountains. 

Conveniently located in the Snowmass base village, the Treehouse is easily accessible from anywhere in Snowmass Village with parking, free shuttle buses and ski-in/ski-out access via the Village Express quad chairlift, the Elk Camp Gondola and the upper village by way of the Sky Cab gondola.

TEEEN STEEP CAMPS – Skiing ONLY – Ages 13 -17, Levels 8 & Up

Join other advanced and expert skiers and riders for this freeskiing camp designed to teach kids and teens how to ski North America's toughest black and double-black diamond terrain in a fun, dynamic environment.  Small groups rip it up together for three days with the same pro and are often joined by some of the top freeskiing competitors.

WOMEN'S EDGE – Skiing ONLY, Levels 4-9

Share an exciting and fun three days on the slopes with women-specific, PSIA-certified pros. Whether you are an intermediate skier looking to build confidence in your abilities or an advanced skier eager for the challenges of double-black terrain, Women's Edge provides an opportunity to advance your skills and develop lasting relationships. The program includes video analysis, an on-mountain picnic, equipment lectures, and the option to travel to our other mountains with small groups of similar abilities.

DIAMOND SESSIONS – Private lessons – Skiing or Snowboarding – All Levels

Experience the ultimate in private lessons, and watch your skiing sparkle by upgrading to a Diamond Session with a specially trained Diamond pro. Weems Westfeldt has assembled a team of magical and elite pros, creating the diamond standard for ski and snowboard instruction. Each Diamond pro has the character, attitude, skills, experience and credentials to help you achieve the dazzling skiing/riding you deserve and have more fun on the mountain than you ever imagined. BREAKTHROUGH ON SKIS – GROUP SESSIONS – Levels 4 & Up

Experience the only intensive week-long ski program based on Lito Tejada-Flores' best-selling book, DVDs and videos. Now under the direction of the Ski & Snowboard Schools of Aspen/Snowmass, Breakthrough on Skis is taught by pros personally selected and trained by Lito himself. If you are ready to move from an intermediate skier to an expert, to feel at home in all terrain, and to have tons of fun in the process, this is the course for you. Each Breakthrough on Skis week includes five days of coaching, a 6-day lift ticket, après-ski lectures and a wrap-up banquet.  .

The Magic of Skiing

Directed by Thomas Crum, internationally acclaimed author and educator, this workshop is for skiers who actively seek the extraordinary. With some of the best ski pros in the world, you'll learn to turn your skis like never before, turn fear into power and turn skiing into a totally revitalizing and enriching experience. Private Lessons – Skiing, Snowboarding, Telemarking, or Park & Pipe - All Levels

Create your own agenda with a private lesson, receiving specialized attention that produces fast, fun results. With over 1,200 pros across four mountains, we have coaches for every age and ability level. From beginning turns to hitting the steeps and deeps to jibbing in the park & pipe and everything in between, we teach it all, and we guarantee it! Our ski, snowboard, telemark and park & pipe pros are the best in the business. You and up to four friends or family members (no additional charge) will enjoy privileges that include custom-tailored teaching, priority lift access, mountain guiding, and overnight ski/snowboard storage.
