ARRANGING YOUR MEDIA VISIT
We are pleased to provide assistance whenever and wherever we can to media visiting the Aspen/Snowmass area. We would like to recommend the following tips to ensure your stay is most enjoyable.
PR CONTACT INFORMATION
Please contact the Aspen/Snowmass PR office at 970-300-7022 once you know your arrival dates. We'll need to know the purpose of your visit and your media affiliation.
WHILE YOU ARE HERE
We are pleased to help with story ideas, photography support, ski/snowboard school information, and guides around the mountains and town. We can also aid you in connecting with local freelance photographers and video crews. TV crews will need to get around the mountains on skis or snowboards as snowmobiling during the day is not allowed for safety reasons.
LIFT TICKETS & LODGING
Complimentary lift tickets are prearranged for media directly responsible for producing the editorial piece. Media includes photographers, journalists and filmmakers. Due to the large numbers of media that visit the Aspen/Snowmass area, we cannot issue lift tickets to spouses, friends, children or significant others. Complimentary or discounted lift tickets are not available during holiday periods. Please arrange lift tickets prior to your arrival. Depending on the time of the year, discounted lodging is available for media on assignment.

IMAGE LIBRARY & B-ROLL
